Overview

VELARAE is a self-care and lifestyle brand created to offer intentional, calming essentials for women. The brand was launched during a pre-revenue stage, with products still in production and regulatory approval pending.

MERRIA Digital was engaged to build the brand from the ground up from positioning and visual identity to social media strategy, content creation, and e-commerce readiness while maintaining launch momentum without revealing final products.

The Challenge

VELARAE faced several early-stage challenges:

  • No prior brand identity or online presence

  • No product visuals allowed during pre-launch (pending approvals)

  • Limited inventory and controlled cash flow

  • Need to build trust, awareness, and emotional connection before sales

The goal was to position VELARAE as a premium, intentional self-care brand without relying on traditional product-led marketing.

Our Role

MERRIA Digital acted as the brand, content, and digital strategy partner, responsible for:

  • Brand positioning & storytelling

  • Visual direction and content system

  • Social media strategy (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Pre-launch campaign planning

  • E-commerce and content readiness

Results (Pre-Launch Phase)

Despite being in a non-selling, pre-reveal stage, VELARAE achieved:

  • A cohesive and premium brand presence across platforms

  • Consistent content output without final product imagery

  • Early audience engagement through storytelling and values-driven content

  • A strong foundation for conversion once product launches begin

Most importantly, the brand entered the market with clarity, credibility, and emotional positioning not as a rushed start-up, but as a considered lifestyle brand.
